For over 30 years, our CEO Dan Dube has used his proprietary VisionMapping™ methodology to help over a hundred companies in dozens of industries to set strategic and measurable business objectives…and build a clear roadmap to achieve those objectives. A VisionMapping™ engagement can help you to identify specific areas for improvement to your business health and to recommend specific solutions to help you achieve and measure your objectives.

The strategic planning retreat is usually the first step in a relationship with ABA Growth Team. By setting some time away from your environment to perform a focused deep dive into your company values, long-range measurable business objectives, achievement steps to attain the objectives, and issues/barriers that need to be removed, we will then have a solid foundation and plan to help guide you to success!

A VisionMapping™ engagement includes:
 

• An intensive 2-day workshop (recommended to be offered at our location in south Florida, but we can also travel to you) to get a thorough understanding of your measurable business objectives and what steps are needed to achieve those objectives. We utilize the structure of the proven EOS methodology as a framework to lead discussions that leverage our vast knowledge of running a successful ABA business.

• After the workshop, we will provide a report and recommendations, which can be used as the initial framework for your company to put together a comprehensive business strategy.

• Upon completion of this activity, we can continue on to a more comprehensive coaching/mentoring plan to help you track progress toward achieving your business objectives!
