ABA Growth Team is not a provider of “outsourced” services. Rather, we become an integral part of your team and work collaboratively with you. We call this “INsourcing”!

Most ABA companies struggle with the scheduling of their staff. Are your staff asking for more hours and/or more consistency in their schedules? Do you find that you are struggling to train staff on the specific programs for each of your clients? Are you bending over backwards to accommodate the availability of your clients and your staff? We can help!

We have developed proven scheduling strategies that can help streamline the scheduling process, ensure that your staff maximize hours (while minimizing or eliminating overtime), and optimize the efficiency of preparing each client to receive the best services from a trained team of therapists.

Our INsourced staff scheduling team will provide the following services:

• Clinical and operational analysis of your current scheduling strategy, and recommendations on how to improve your schedule for optimal results and satisfaction of both your client families and your staff
• An assigned Scheduling Project Manager to work closely with your team to understand the nuances of your scheduling requirements and the skills and availability of each of your staff members. The Scheduling Project Manager will then put together schedules for 2-4 weeks in advance and provide them to you in a format that you can import into your practice management system. (If you don’t have a practice management system, ABA Growth Team can help you to select and implement one!)
• On-demand support (24 hour turnaround time) to implement required changes to the schedule.
